Hi, I’m Ben Howarth – Your Personal Estate Agent for Scawthorpe and surrounding areas.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and the service I offer. I’m Ben, and I’m incredibly proud to be your local, personal estate agent partnered with RedRoots Property and for me, this isn’t just a job – it’s my passion.

Why I Do What I Do

I’ve always believed that moving home should feel exciting, not stressful. However I know from personal experience that between the involvement of Estate Agents, Solicitors and buyers, things are often more stressful than needs be. A big part of this I put down to being through a lack of communication. All to often I have seen from within the profession, how low the standards of service can really drop. This isn't the time to share some of the horror stories with Estate Agents that I have witnessed however it did highlight to me an opportunity. An opportunity for a business which could have a direct positive impact on my clients. When you look at countries such as the US, Canada, South Africa and some European countries, sellers are not left feeling like their home is just another property on a conveyor belt, nor are buyers feel lost and just left to their own devices. That's where a one to one service can truly come into its own. This is my business and I am here to help serve clients from the start to the finish of their home moving journey - where every client matters and every home is given the spotlight it deserves.

I chose to partner with RedRoots Property, co-founded by Matthew and Stephen Geer, both from Doncaster, because they share my vision and values. Together, we’ve combined our local knowledge and commitment to personal service with innovative marketing tools to help you get the best possible result for your move.
