What do you enjoy about your role at RedRoots Property?
I have a lot of gratitude for the great work we do for the houses within our local community. I tend to be on the Refurbishment Project Management side of the business, and love seeing a property be brought back to life, often taking properties from being the worst on the street to the best.
Matthew's #TopTip when it comes to selling a home?
Make sure the presentation of your home matches the buyer's expectations, if you're selling a property requiring refurbishment works then sell the potential about what it could be. If you're selling to someone who hates DIY, make sure they are aware of the positives with your house, such as plastered walls, so you don't need to wallpaper strip and re-plaster, as an example. Show them the lifestyle they could have if they bought your property.
