Firstly, invest in a marketing package that will show the property and area in the best light which will help outline the lifestyle benefits to future tenants. Upon taking on applications make sure that full due diligence is carried out on all interested parties, starting from a clean slate and working forward in an efficient and organised manner helps save a lot of potential hassle down the line.
