It starts with a conversation. We’ll arrange a no-obligation consultation to understand your goals, assess your property’s rental potential, and explain how our process works.

From there, we’ll handle everything — marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, compliance, and ongoing management, if you choose.

Whether you’re letting for the first time or have a portfolio, we’ll tailor our approach to suit you.

We offer two core services:

  • Let Only: We market the property, find and reference tenants, and handle the initial tenancy setup.
  • Fully Managed: Everything from tenant sourcing to rent collection, compliance, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and renewal negotiations, all handled by our RedRoots Letting Specialist team.

We conduct thorough referencing using a trusted third-party platform, Canopy HQ.

This includes:

  • Employment and income verification
  • Affordability checks
  • Credit checks
  • Previous landlord references
  • Right to Rent checks (legally required)

Our rigorous process ensures reliable tenants and peace of mind for you.

Our Fully Managed service is £399 setup plus 10% of the monthly rent. We handle everything end-to-end, including marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance reminders.

Let Only is charged at the first month’s rent. It includes property marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, right-to-rent checks, and drawing up the tenancy agreement. Once the tenant moves in, day-to-day management is handed over to you, the landlord.

We’ll collect the tenant’s deposit and register it with a government-approved protection scheme. Rent will be paid directly to you (or collected and transferred if you’re on Full Management). You’ll receive clear statements, and if any payment is late, our team will follow up promptly and professionally.

If you’re on our fully managed service our RedRoots support team handles all maintenance, from emergency repairs to routine upkeep. We work with trusted local contractors and keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll never be caught off guard.
