I’m Rachel and I’m your RedRoots partner agent for Wrenthorpe, St John’s, and Surrounding Areas 📍

I’ve lived in Wakefield for most of my life and came back to my roots 17 years ago to start a family. I live in St John’s with my husband, two girls, and Keith the crazy cocker 🐾

I know Wakefield like the back of my hand so there won’t be a question from buyers about the area that I can’t answer.

So why did I become an estate agent?

Well, I love houses and I love people so it really is the perfect job for me! My background is in decluttering, interior design, and home staging, so I will give you honest advice and actually help you present your home to appeal to your target market which I don’t feel Estate Agents currently go far enough with which blows my mind given your online presence is your modern day shop window. 🏡

I help you see your home objectively through the eyes of your potential buyers. The only way to maximise the offer a buyer is willing to make is for someone to fall in love with your home just like you did, so I help you make that happen. 

Gone are the days of advertising your home in the newspaper with a single photo! Selling houses has changed so much over the last few years and photos/videos are king so I work with you and our professional home marketers to make sure your home stops the scroll. It’s my personal mission to eradicate terrible photos on Rightmove! 📸

At RedRoots we’re at the top of our social media game with the aim of proactively generating interest even before it even hits the national portals. We pride ourselves on showcasing your home and the area in the best possible way, leaving no stone unturned including presenter-led video tours, generating the buzz around your home that it deserves 🤳🏼
